Shipping policy

Worldwide delivery  with EMS(Japan Post)

Depending on the country of destination, the package will be handled on our end (Japan) by Japan Post. In all cases, those packages are delivered by your national postal services.

Delivered: between 10 and 15 days after shipping (not guaranteed, customs clearance may take 1 to 2 weeks, depending on destinations).

Modification of delivery address after shipping: not possible.

Access point pick up: usually yes, at your nearest post office.

Signature required (unless you have a specific arrangement with the carrier, you must receive and sign for the package in person.)
